DesignTek ONE is a web design and development agency that produces websites and software solutions. We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Independent Sales Associate to market and sell our services and software, working on an attractive commissions based salary.  The ideal candidate will be an extremely well organized individual with a technical aptitude, and will be willing to achieve sales velocity.

• Coordinate with telemarketing group on marketing efforts. Orchestrate new telemarketing efforts.
• Proactively call upon potential new customers and manage current customer accounts.
• Participate in general marketing efforts related to advertising, email and direct marketing.
• Determine customer needs and expectations and recommend appropriate solutions and products.
• Educate customers on features and alternatives to optimize problem resolution.
• Facilitate the sales process by creating customer quotes and order fulfillment.
• Set up and maintain customer contact databases.

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• High School Graduate and preferably some Higher Education. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate both externally and internally.
• Well groomed and presentable. 
• Should enjoy speaking with customers on the phone.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent time management skills along with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to produce meaningful sales reports.
• Previous experience in a related technical environment a plus.
