RETURN & REFUND POLICY

DesignTek ONE stands behind its products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Our products are recognized in the industry as high-quality, market-leading E-Business tools. However, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the software will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, an LOD (Letter Of Destruction) on company letterhead will be required to process the refund.

To receive a refund, you must do the following:

• All product returns must be pre-approved by DesignTek ONE. We will not issue refunds on unauthorized returns.
• Return authorization must be obtained within 30 days of the original date of purchase. A 20% restocking fee may be charged if you do not return the product to us within 30 days of receiving a return approval.
• All returns must have a completed and signed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form included with the return package. An RMA form can be obtained by contacting a DesignTek ONE sales representative. Our contact information can be found here.
• Software products that are downloaded only, are not subject to a refund except unless the software will not function due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities.

To ensure we receive your return and properly credit your account, please return your product with all original accompanying material via a verifiable delivery means (UPS, FedEx, Certified Mail, etc).
