Using WebUpdate CMS' workflow feature you can define how content gets published to the site, and who has the power to approve content publishing or updates. Lifecycle allows you to decide when content will be published to the site and when it should be archived

WebUpdate CMS uses a hypertext editor that reminds users of Microsoft Word. Allows the user to format content using familiar, word-like icons, or copy and paste straight from Microsoft Word or other document formats. The software is smart enough to clean up the pasted document from any unwanted markup code

You can create groups of users and assign each group of users access to various types of content. This way, your communications department can have access to publish only press releases, while your human resources only have access to job postings.
