When we first designed WebUpdate CRM we did it because our clients needed an easy to use interface from which to be able to fulfill incoming service requests and orders from their web sites. Before WebUpdate CRM our customers used to get emails upon emails, and had no way of understanding what was happening on their sites, and if people in the company were actually doing their jobs providing good customer service. WebUpdate CRM solves all these issues.
