- First, log into the HELM Control Panel with your username/password at http://cp.designtek1.com.
- From the User Main Menu, click on the Domains icon.
- To add a domain to your account, click the Add New button and enter the relevant information.

You must first have a registered domain, most likely with Network Solutions or Enom. Once you have a registered domain you can link it to your account as stated above.

You must also change the name server (at the Site you registered your domain name) to point to: ns3.compu-logic.com to ensure you website is found correctly via DNS.



- First, log into the HELM Control Panel with your username/password at http://cp.designtek1.com.
- From the User Main Menu, click on the Billing icon.
- To make a payment click on the Make Payment icon below where your balance is displayed.

Here you can also view your account statements and invoices.



- First, log into the HELM Control Panel with your username/password at http://cp.designtek1.com.
- From the User Main Menu, click on the Packages icon.
- Select the domain you want to add services to.
- Click the Extra Features icon.
- Select which feature you want to add and click on "add".
- The extra feature will be added to your account, but please note that you will not be able to use the feature until you pay for it. For payment instructions, click here.



- First, log into the HELM Control Panel with your username/password at http://cp.designtek1.com.
- From the User Main Menu, click on the Password icon.
- Enter old and newly chosen password to update you settings.

Since all services and settings you create by default use the CP username and password, it is wise to change this before performing any other actions in the CP, otherwise you will wind up having different passwords for the account services than the CP Login



- First, log into the HELM Control Panel with your username/password at http://cp.designtek1.com.
- From the User Main Menu, click on the Personal Details icon.
- Make any relevant changes and click Save.

- From the User Main Menu, click on the Domains icon.
- Now choose the Domain name for which you want to manage services/resources and click it.
- Below you are now given many other options to manage all the details of services and resources for this domain name.



- First, ensure you have already setup at least one email address within the HELM CP.
- By default the address for your Webmail access is: http://yourdomain.com:8383 (where 'yourdomain.com' represents your actual domain name on file with the HELM CP).
- From the Webmail login, enter a username and password for one of the Email accounts you have previously setup within HELM.
- Here you can Read and Compose all your emails from this web-based interface.



- For your mail servers (both POP & SMTP) use the address: mail.yourdomain.com (where 'yourdomain.com' represents your actual domain name on file with the HELM CP).
- Depending on the application the Username will either be the name before the @ symbol in your email address or sometimes your full email address.
- Password is the password you have previously chosen in HELM.



- First, ensure you have already setup a database and a database user within the HELM CP.
- The URL to manage your SQL database is: http://sql.designtek1.com

From the login screen at the URL above, first choose for the Authentication Method: SQL Login. For Server enter Apollo1.
Now enter the Username and Password you have chosen in the HELM CP and login to the SQL Web Administrator. Here you can manage all your Tables, Users, etc.
